o u think a B3030with cab and a rea mounted snowblower will have problems without tire chains? My snow blowing will be mostly flat driveway and grounds

What kind of tires do you have? That can be an important consideration.
How much snow do you normally get in your area?

I ran without chains for several years (bar turfs on the first tractor, R-4 Industrials on the second tractor) with few problems...but every now and then, I'd have to push myself out (with the loader).
As long as you're not in an area like western NYS or somewhere that frequently gets significant snow, I'd try it without chains.

BTW, for my third tractor (with R-3 Turf Tires), I did get chains...4 link ladder types which is probably what you'd want with a level drive and parking pad.
