For all those whose input has helped me get my TV cameras up and running: Thank you! Note that the 'final solution' was to use CAT5 cable with NO baluns whatsoever and NO co-axial cable at all.
Other things:
For some time, I've been trying, with a very small amount of help from some destructions (instructions) written in Chenglish, to program my AHouse EM-3 swing gate opener. These are stainless steel gate 'rams' I've seen advertised under various brands, made in China/Malaysia. The rams are 26-3/4" retracted and 39-3/4" extended and their motor sections are 2-3/4" diameter, rams are 1-1/2" diameter. They seem of reasonable quality and are well able to push my lightweight steel tube gate open and closed.
However, it's the programming of the supplied controller that has me tricked and the destructions aren't a great deal of help. I've contacted the distributors and while they acknowledge the problems(s), further communication has been a little difficult. They have videos on YouTube which seem to be of some help in one or two aspects, but I do need the controlled to do all of its 'tricks', not just one or two. I'd like to be able to restore factory 'defaults', if there are any, just for starters and the hookup for the electric lock would be good, too, plus a delay timing for the lock to actuate...etc etc...
Any ideas from the membership?
Thanks
