I've had a CC 3165 for 4 years now. I just noticed that after being store all winter, the headlights and taillights don't work anymore. I checked the fuses in the fuseblock under the hood, but they're all fine. Could it be a blown bulb or broken wire somewhere that's causing them all to stop working? Anybody know where I can get a wiring diagram for the 3165? Thanks.

See if the wires are simply disconnected at bulb housing. There also should be a connection somewhere under the hood. Then check bulbs.
Does that model have to have the key at a notch back for the lights to work?

I've checked all the bulbs and wiring, and nothing is loose or blown. All the wire connections on the back of the dash are secure. To operate the lights, the key is turned to the position between off and run. Like, once you start it up and let it run, you can back the key off a notch and the lights will come on. Well, they used to anyway.

"stored all winter"... best dblechk for mice. they love wiring insulation.
OTW, probably time to chk that ignition switch itself - could be the culprit preventing any power getting to your lights...

I'd bet ignition switch.

A test light will help you track the problem quickly. Check your grounds as well!
