cat D3 Specs

I am looking to purchase a used Cat D3 dozer, a model that appears to be about the size that would best suit my needs. Is there someplace i can research what the various d3 models are that are available? It seems that there is a broad range of price for these machines and I have been unable to get a breakdown of what the various models are and specs.
