We go through our fair share of wheel speed sensors on the 299. The wires get ripped out of the sensor housing most of the time and, at 240ish a pop, it gets old quick. Hopefully, the band-aid we've instituted will prevent further carnage. It's not perfect but hopefully sufficient. See below. Needs some additional zipties but that's all I had on hand.
The little white ziptie is to prevent the connector from unplugging. Not sure if it was damaged during previous disassembly but have had it come undone b/f.
