Hi ,
bought a cat 2005 247 skid.
no aux hydraulic flow , trying to run rockhound. nothing.
hydraulic connections are clean, took ends off hard lines, no blockages. loader works fine, hydraulic drive motors work fine, checked hydraulic fluid level is full.
has pilot controls, button on Right joystick does not activate aux hydraulics, sees no voltage,
fuses OK
relay Clicks
12v at aux hydraulic fuse in panel
Bad ECM output to switch?
Can I...
run 12+v to switch, cut off ECM wiring, feed switch is SPDT, a/b
run SW1b+ wire to aux hydraulic valve 1
run Sw1a+ wire to aux hydraulic valve 2
grounds from battery to hydraulic valve 1 and 2
and remove the (probably broke and $600 ) ECM? and bypass the cat wiring harness that isnt working. will put an inline fuse for safety.
Just want flow, dont care about proportioning , lockouts ,etc.
Thanks!
