Case IH 885XL Mystery Switch

Hello everyone. I have a 1986 Case IH 885XL. On the dashboard, there is a yellow switch located to the right of the green windshield wiper switch and to the left of the steering wheel. It's a momentary switch meaning it is spring loaded and therefore activated only while it's being pushed. Can anyone tell me what this switch is for? Also, is this switch and/or the green windshield wiper switch supposed to illuminate when activated? (the other switches illuminate when pressed) Thanks very much!
