at startup, tractor does not move, turn key off and back on, tractor will move just fine till it sits again... always does it the first time you start it for the day. Any ideas?

How long of a time sitting? It could be as simple as the two switches on the clutch petal!

every day, the first time for the day that it is started. fine after that all day long.

we have a 895 case and it is a good tractor 75 hp yes it is small but it dose the job

What sort of temperature?? Is it cold, say 0deg F, or was it doing it last summer??

There is a temperature controlled orifice regulated by a wax pellet in the shuttle valve assy!!
