Case 895xl problem with F/R shift

Hi all! I bought case ih 895 xl few weeks ago and I have a problem. Everytime when I stop engine, the tractor starts rolling like without engaged gear. The gearbox is equipped with hydraulic F/R shift. Hydraulic fluid is just between min and max and there is not a problem with driving whilst engine is running. I have heard that the hydraulic fluid has to be filled up to 3 cm above maximum, but before that i want to hear from you any opinions about that issue. Did someone of you have the same problem ?

I have an 895 and I have tested this on a slight incline. Yes, the tractor will roll until the "drag" of the transmission stops it---or doesn't stop it. In short, I suspect there is nothing wrong with the tractor. You cannot depend on the transmission to prevent the tractor from rolling when the engine is stopped (even in gear)--it's just not safe. The operator manual tells us to place all controls in neutral and apply the parking brake before shutting off the engine. This is what I do. My hydraulic fluid is in the normal full range and the tractor operates fine (knock wood). Hope this helps.
