case 2294 fan motor

I have lost power to the fuse panel for both the fan motor and wipers. i know that the problem is not on the output side as putting power on it fires them up. Iknow that there is a number of relays behind the instrument cluster but have no clue as to whether or not they run through one of them and if so which one.
If anyone can help what i need is a basic wiring diagram as to the routing of this circuit,
