Caroni flail blade supplier

I recently looked for new blades and clevis for my TM1900 Caroni flail mower and only found Agrisupply as the sole supplier. Their blade and shackle costs are over the top. They sell the shackle bolt and nut as seperate pieces. The blades are 3.49 (two blades per position) the clevis id 6.99, the bolt is 3.49, and the nut is 1.49. That's 18.99 per blade position. For 28 shackles and all the blades the cost would be 531.72.

Now all I really need are the blades. Is there a cheaper source for these anywhere??

my understanding is Flail-Master has some of the parts for the Caroni mowers.
