Hi folks, Having an issue with my 5 y/o X595. Can use the front end loader ok, but when I remove it to start mowing with the mid mounted mower I can't get it to move. Any suggestions?

Welcome to TBN:D

I am not real sure how the 595 is plumbed, but if the deck cylinder plug's into the same ports that the loader uses then I would guess that it's either in the wrong ports, or it may not be seated all they way...they can often look connected but are not.

There should be a small shut off valve down
on the scv block behind where the hoses for
the loader connect to the tractor. You'll see a
round wheel type handle on the valve, that should be closed for
the loader usage. (this actually shuts oil flow
to the tractor mower deck lift cylinder). once your
loader is off, open this valve back up, and you should
now have lift and lower function for your mower deck.
sometimes, the deck itself can get locked up by it's
height control too... that usually needs a good lift or
pry up (sometimes by 2 people) while turning the mower
knob to allow the deck to come back down.
try to verify if the lift cylinder in the tractor is
moving first, that should tell you which way to go
to get up and running.
