Can't post image, can't contact Supportq

Tried to respond to a member comment on my request for help. I wanted to post a picture of my effort to bleed the fuel injector but I do not have permission to post.

Tried to get support a the "Contact" link but I get a 404 error.

Anyway to reach someone and get help with this?

If I'm not logged in, it doesn't display. BUT !!
After I log in here, a "Quick Reply" window appears after the last post on that page.
At the upper left corner of the text entry box is a string of 15 symbols. 3rd from the right is "Insert Image".
That makes it totally easy. Some sites make you upload your image to a host site first. This option allows you to post it direct from your own computer's hard drive. EASY !!

So the procedure is:
a) click the "Insert Image" icon, in the "Quick Reply" box.
b) select the "From Computer" tab.
c) after selecting the image, and after it's displayed following the "Browse..." button, click "Upload File(s)".
and you're good to go.
