Cannot Reach Top Speed on John Deere 3520

I have a 2007 JD 3520. Over the past year, I've had issues with the brakes seizing up but managed to get this resolved by working them back and forth while I have someone else sprayed PB Blaster on the exposed area behind the back tires.

The current issue seems to be a slight lack of power in 1st and 2nd gear, but the much larger problem is while using 3rd gear. The top speed is about 11-12mph (always been 16.9-17.2 in the past) and a severe lack of power to the point where engine bogs down while trying to move at top speed.

Please help.

It may be time to have the load match re calibrated , i'm not totally sure what they do , but a tech came to my house with a laptop and fixed mine when it became sluggish . time to call deere maybe ? Hope that helps , I have the brake issue from time to time also . maybe it was the speed sensor ? its been a while .

Or you just aren't getting enough fuel or air. When was the last time fuel/air filters were changed?

Thanks guys, I will check airflow and fuel filter tomorrow. It has only been about 300 hours since I replaced filters. If that doesn't fix the issue, I will likely call the dealer for a possible service call.
