Cancelled my L6060 tractor and bought a M7060 instead

You guys know that I have been waiting on a L6060 since May. Last week while kicking tires at the same Kubota dealer, I looked at a M 7060 w/cab and FEL. Anyway, I read all i could last night about the M7060 and realized that tractor was probably the better choice for me. My neighbor tahtusually bales my 18 acres of hay had a heart attack last month and made me realize I better get a tractor I could bale hay with. Anyway, today I went back to my dealer and asked about the M7060 sitting on the yard. They had 2 with cabs and 1 open station. All 3 had been there since last fall. I asked the sales manager about pricing and he said he would make me an offer I couldn't refuse. I told my salesman to quote me a price. He calls me and says since i ordered the L6060 , the dealer had to pay for it and I had to buy it. I reminded him that the L6060 was on order when I inquired last May and told him I wanted first refusal when it arrived. I also hadn't signed a **** thing either. I told them I just wanted everyone to be happy about this sale....especially me and ask Kubota to work with them. Not work with me, I could walk away. Long story short, Kubota was happy to move a tractor that had been sitting and all was good. I had a quote for the L6060 w/cab, 2 sets of remotes and front weights at $42,500. Ibought the M7060 with 3 sets of remotes, FEL, bucket , and first service for $42,700. I didn't need the loader but it was already on the tractor and they made a deal not to have to remove it. Its supposed to be delivered middle of next week. Here are a few quick pictures

You are a wise, and lucky man. The M7060 is considerably more tractor than the L6060!!!

I wanted tires like Richard has on his M7060, but they said I would just have to buy them myself...so these are fine.

My Son ordered his with R1W tires. 320/85x20 fronts I believe. That's the same width I have on the front of my M9540.

That's a magnificent piece of equipment. You are going to love it. You will find there is nothing wrong with the OEM R1 tires.

FEL with a bale spear or pallet forks or grapple - you are moving & stacking hay bales like a wild monkey.

You got a great price! Just looked at the quote I got from the nearest dealer in February of 2018...$57,893.47 for a M7060HDC12 with loader. Same price as I got off the Kubota web site...no competition for the dealers around here so they don't give any discounts at all, even for cash.

Looks good, now if you can get them to throw in the jump/instructor seat,
you would be surprised at how often it gets used when you have one.
