Can someone make ecu changes to CT 2535

I’m looking for someone to make some small changes on my ECU for me? Was trying not to spend 2000$ on it either like some of these places one. I’m really mechanically inclined and I do everything myself usually but when it comes to the ECU part, I’m not sure how they’re doing it and what they’re doing with it. I would also never delete emissions off this tractor just like the Democrats didn’t still the last election.

Do you remember what happened to Volkswagen on ECU programing on the DSL Jetta? No one that does not want a Big EPA fine would touch a ECU. The dealer can go in with his laptop and reflash the locked program but that's it. Several DSL shops put in new chips in Trucks and the EPA went one by one and gave them a big fine. I would not touch it.
