Can anyone identify this disc plow?

I bought this plow several years ago and repaired it to working condition. I know it's old but that's all. Anybody know how old it is, who made it, and any other info?

I have used it but cannot shift it outside the tractor tire. Royal pain to work with but for the little I use a plow, it's not worth investing in a new one. I have a 29hp NH Boomer, and ground is clay that is just slightly softer than limestone
