call from N.H. regarding survey

Hi Grainger --- just for my own information --- how did you know the filters were not changed--after my 50 hour service, I thought the same could have happened to me.

Hey CAtfish & Lamar: The tractor had a few hrs on it prior to buing and I did demo it for another 15 or so hrs,after the purchase I tried to research what service had been performed.I was told to assume it had one oil change and was due for another in just a few hrs,so they promised me prior that they would do it. They really were not very helpful when I asked about it. Yes theya re the ones on 32 with 2 lines-sorry to make this such an issue,it just doesn't make sense ? Help me understand what they are thinking ?
