Why cant I get a dealer to call me back? I wanted to buy a bucket loader for my 2400 but I cant get any dealer to call me back. I called one today 3 times and they keep telling me "well call you back in 10 minutes" that has been a long 10 minutes. How can they stay in business this way?

I tried buying a new Kiota. Waited for weeks for for the dealer to call me back. Finally bought a new Mahindra to the tune of $23,000. I guess that wz chump change.

Very good question. It is a mystery to me as well as to why some dealers seem to just not care. Perhaps they feel like callers are not serious but folks that actually come to the store are serious.

i hate when they say theyll call you back an never to.ive had that happen quiet often.i called a dealer once an they said all the salesmen was busy an have 1 call me back an i told them dont bother.then i called another dealership they owned.well he tryed the samething said call them bac.i said wont do no good they busy.then i said all i want is a price on a tractor if you dont have time to get it then i have no more time to waste.then he said your talking to the owner an answered my q.

I had one dealer call me back 2 weeks after I asked for an estimate on a thumb for my BH.

I've found that showing up, in person, let's them know you are serious. Things happen quicker that way.

i went an looked at new tractors 1 day with a buddy of mine as a joke.then called the dealer back the next day an bought the tractor i wanted an done everything over the ph.the day they delivered i signed the papers an gave them the check.then this spring i called them a bought 3pt tiller over the ph,once again doing everything when they delivered it.they know if i call most times im serious about buying something or i wouldnt be calling.

Most dealers will tell you that they get hundreds of calls every day, just for price comapirsons........and such(and they make no sale).

When I purchased my GC2400..........it was on the lot with the 60 inch deck, but no FEL.

I asked what the price was with the FEL..........He did some figuring, and said 13,750............I said..............how soon can you deliver.......he said, after 6pm..........I wrote the check.
