I am looking under the hood of my new BX25 and I am wondering what the capacity is of the charging system of my BX25. I would like to add some work lights and it appears that the tractor has a small automotive style alternator. Is this an alternator or a dynamo? What is it rated for?
Should be an Alternator as that's what the BX2350 and BX24 models have. I can't see why they would ever go back to a Dynamo.
I believe the Alternator is rated at 40amps.
