bx24 left 4x4 round hay bales

This may have been discussed before but searching on "bx24 hay bale" didn't turn up anything.
Assuming I can find bale spears for my BX24 FEL, can this little beast pick up 4x4 or 4x5 round bales and move them from point A to point B? Not expecting to stack bales much - just pick them off a pickup truck bed etc.
I think the lift limit on the FEL is close to 500lbs, which doesn't leave much play on a bale...

That's alot to ask of a Bx. I'm confident that my L3400 with ~ 2x the lift cap will do it for 4x5's but if I were doing it more than occasionaly, I'd want bigger.

A 4x5 weighs in at around 800 lb.

If you push them off your pickup then it might just lift them with a 3 PT. Not sure what the cap is there but I'm assuming it is higher than the FEL.

Oops! That should be "bx24 LIFTING 4x4 round hay bales". Should of had my coffee before posting that!.
I figured the BX was too small. Probably need to slice the bales with an electric chainsaw before moving them around.

Or better yet, get a bigger brother for the bx24 just for moving the bales

How many bales are you moving around and where to?

Would he be able to lift one with a "3-Point Spear"? Again, a bigger machine would be better but ......

I'm work'in on it. Wife just mentioned 'we'll need a bigger tractor for the bales'...
