Kubota BX24
I have a slow leak on a back tire on my BX24. What's the best way to lift this tractor to get the back wheel off? Where should a jack be applied to?

Use your Backhoe outrigger.

Just don't put a jack stand under the transaxel put it under the hoe or tractor frame.
I was picking up some parts at the dealer and saw a 23 in the shop and asked what was wrong with it the service man said the owner did the same as you radioman and put jack stand under case to hold it up and it went through the aluminum case when it leaked down during the night.
They were disassembling it and going to try and weld it up for him so he didn't have to buy a new case.

Thanks for the tips. I was trying to avoid doing this using the BH or stabilizers since the tractor will be wheeless for at least 2-3 days while the dealer palys with the wheel and while I also find time to get the wheel once it's done. I'm pretty sure the BH won't keep the mchine up for that period of time.
I also have a Brotek sheild back there so I was thinking of proping the body up by the side frame using a jack stand. Is that side frame strong enough?
Also, I was planning to take the BH off to get the machine less heavy and also to lower the center of gravity...

The only place I would ever place a block in case it leaks down is the lower hitch in the back, middle of the tractor. However I wouldnt be so concerned if it did leak down, just start it right up and use the BH to lift it up again, no biggie. If a safety is an issue in your garage, Perhaps an automative jackstand placed on the axel behind the wheel flange.

The side frame is the only place I put jackstands. Doesn't even flex a little bit.
