BX24 BH Mounting Issue

Last couple of tims remounting the BH I have had an issue with inserting 1 of the pins. Left side slides right in, and Right side slides through outside ring, and inner sleave, but buts up against the other side. I can give it a tap with a hammer to drive it through but seems very tight. Any suggestions?

Tap it with a hammer.

Seriously, my ROPS usually requires a bit of a tap on both pins to drive them through. It doesn't sound like you have a major issue.

I found that by just twiddling the boom lever or one of the stabilizer controls I can get the sticking pin in. I haven't had a time yet where both pins lined up perfectly together.
