BX24 3pt hitch and aerator

I have a question, dumb as it might be but I want to buy an aerator for the rear of my BX24. Will the hitch provide down pressure on the aerator or will weight be needed. Now I know this may be simple to most but I have only had my BH off once and it was just to see how easy it was to remove. As a matter of fact the 3pt hardware is still sealed in the box it came delivered in. This is the unit I would oike to use. Everything Attachments - Skid Steer Attachments, Tractor Attachments, 3 Point Hitch Attachments, Farm Tractor Implements.

The BX doesn't have down pressure on the TPH, you'll need weight. There are very few tractors of any size that has down pressure on the TPH.

Most of the 3PH type aerators can be filled with water for extra weight. From your links, the 2nd one shows that feature. Can't tell from the pic's on the first one you linked.

I have a turf vent I bought from gemplers for about 600. It has a space on top for weight and I use 3 recycling containers full of gravel for weight. Works great.
