It seems there is confusion about the differences between Kubota's BX 70 series prodcts and the 70-1 series.
I was in a dealership last week and their answer was it was just showing last year's model versus the new model. They said everything else is the same.
But that isn't correct after i did my own research.
Then I found a couple articles at TBN sayng it was just a different floormat and a slight change in the ROPs. But that doesn't appear correct either.
Why? Because when you compare the difference in weight of models . . it is different. As an example a BX2370-1 weighs almost 90 pounds more than a BX2370. You see similar situations in the other models.
The dealer I was at didn't even see or know about weight changes. I asked if emmission changes existed between the two and they told me both were still tier 3.
I didn't see any big price differences at the Kubota website either. So what makes up almost 90 pounds of weight diffference?
