I want to put a cab on the BX and my dealer is telling me that I can only buy a blower with a manual chute control or an electric one. I want a hydraulic chute. Is that possible and does anyone have any pictures? If I cannot get this I am going to buy the JD 2210.

35DMAN,

The 46" snowthrower (also the 47" snowblower) from JD that I use on my 2210 has hydraulic control over the chute rotation. My thoughts would be in agreement with you; it is a great and useful thing to have. But I'm surprised kubota doesn't have the same; it would seem to me a simple thing to have. It uses the other detent on the joystick so its no big deal? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I just put the Bx2750B snowblower on the front of my Bx2230. No hydraulic chute rotator available from the dealer. I have seen several posts on people who have done the aftermarket set ups. I am going manual for now.

By the way, the blower works great /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
