My brother is a Kubota mechanic and recently went to the BX assemble plant in Georgia for a school. Before he went I asked him if the new BX 23 seat would fit on my BX 22 and he said he would find out for me.
When he returned he said he checked with the guys at the assembly plant and they told him that the new seat would fit on my BX 22. I understand that you have a 2200, and while I did not ask about the 2200, I would expect the seat on the 2230 would fit yours as well.
I have not personally sat on or seen the new seat in person, I have read a number of comments that the new seat is more comfortable.
I'm right in the middle of building a barn for my BX 22, but when I'm finished I plan on ordering a BX 23 seat to put on my BX 22. I will let everyone know how the seat fits.
