Same here....I looked all over and there does not appear to be a mate to it....everything seems to run normal. Guess it must be that they use the same harness for other models.
This is normal, mine has it too. If I remember correctly, the wiring harness is used on multiple models. I think the wire goes to a fuel control device on the 1800's. I once inquired after delivery, as was told this.

The wiring diagram in the WSM shows a white wire that connects to the fuel solonoid on the D722 engine (BX1800).

Just to confirm, my 1800 has it connected to a solenoid that appears to be for fuel as stated. Amazing what a few good minds can figure out /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Of course I had to run right out and check when someone said it was used on an 1800.
