BX2200 White Wire In Engine U Got One?

Any idea what this white wire with the connector does? Do you have one too? Did mine disconnect from somewhere? Any ideas??

Same here....I looked all over and there does not appear to be a mate to it....everything seems to run normal. Guess it must be that they use the same harness for other models.

This is normal, mine has it too. If I remember correctly, the wiring harness is used on multiple models. I think the wire goes to a fuel control device on the 1800's. I once inquired after delivery, as was told this.

The wiring diagram in the WSM shows a white wire that connects to the fuel solonoid on the D722 engine (BX1800).

That would be my guess. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Just to confirm, my 1800 has it connected to a solenoid that appears to be for fuel as stated. Amazing what a few good minds can figure out /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Of course I had to run right out and check when someone said it was used on an 1800.
