Noticed today while mowing yard tractor acted like it was loosing power while going forward and mowing. If I stopped forward movement and disengaged mower pto motor sounded fine did not notice this issue if moving in reverse. This seems like the brakes are dragging while traveling forward. any help on this would be welcomed. also thinks in advance.

These types of questions pop up here pretty frequently and at least 50% of the time it turns out to be clogged fuel filters or contaminated fuel. Runs okay without a load but can't keep up under strain. It's worth taking a look.
