BX2200 Steering

What a relief to find this site. I have spent hundreds trying to resolve the steering problem on my tractor. Now, thanks to y'all I know exactly what it is. Does anyone know if a dealer will still honor the PSB-2001-048 recall? If not, has anyone put a new cylinder on and any tricks I need to remember. Thanks!

I had a problem with wondering steering about 2002 and my dealer did the repair under warranty. I haven't had a problem since then. Search this site for other posts and you will find information from other owners who did their own repair and the cost of the kit. Best Wishes.

Talk to Messicks. Here's the link. When Kubota did the tractor seat replacement for the BX's and roll-out in Canada was ridiculously slow, they replaced mine for a pittance which I'm sure was all shipping.

Did not know about tractor seat replacement. Was that a recall as well on the BX2200?

Actually, for some reason I think the BX2200 was not included. That was a few years ago. Again, ask Messicks. If anyone can get you a seat, they can.
