BX2200 Purchase???

I am purchasing a BX2200 Tuesday. I have 10 acres of property in central Illinois, 2 of that is cleared ground that we will break in July for a home, and 8 woods with a 20 foot creek bed halfway back. After speaking with the dealer, I was advised that although he is a major quantity dealer, it is getting increasingly difficult for him to get this model due to the demand and 0% APR. I though I better act now, rather than wait a couple more weeks as he only has 2 in stock now. I am going to get the FEL and a 60 MMM at the same time and would like to get a 48" box blade. By the way, he said he only has one 60" MMM left, and he got it today! He priced the box at $469.00, is this a fair price for the box? Is it heavy duty enough for the price difference from say Rural King, ect.? Fire off the opinions, I have been on this site for about 8 months with the anticipation of purchasing a tractor, and have become very well educated just reading your posts on a daily basis. Thanks all.

What make of box is it? I ended up with a Woods gbc. It cost $395.
BTW, congrats on the new bx!

I was just at the Bloomington Kubota dealer yesterday.....no BX2200 or BX22 tractors in stock. I got my BX2200 from them last year. $12200.00 with FEL and 60" MMM. I ordered a 48" box blade from Midwestequipment.net which should be here this week. The 48" weighs 309 pounds and cost $335.00 delivered to Peoria. Looks like a good fit for the BX. Midwest has gotten good reviews on this web site....I'll know soon.
