I have a new BX2200 with an RCK54-22BX MMM.
When in the raised position with the Cutting Height Control Dial set at Top, the right and left Mower Rear Links do not stop at the same distance from the Stopper. When lowered the Mower Deck is not level.
I expect that the solution is to adjust the lift link length as described on page 10-11 of the mower manual. However, I do have some questions?
Questions: Should these adjustments have been made by my dealer prior to delivery? Does Kobota have an authorized mechanic program? Should I ask my dealer to send out an authorized mechanic to make these adjustments.
As you may notice from my postings it appears that the fellow who assembled my tractor did not follow the directions in the manual. While I enjoy learning about the tractor I do not think that I should have to do the initial adjustments. If this is my responsibility I would have preferred to receive the tractor and implements in the crate and assemble them myself. This way I would know it was done right. To figure out what was done correctly and what was not I would almost have to disassemble and reassemble the whole darn tractor anyway.
