I know threads have been posted in the past on this issue, but most of them date back to when the BX2200 was still in production. With the BX2200 being out of production (and warranty), what have people been installing? Going OEM or aftermarket? I hear that Kubota will still build a limited run of LA211 loaders, but will be just shy of $3K for just the loader (no install or valve). I know used ones come up, but it is usually pretty rare. Has anyone had luck installing the LA243 or other "new" style loader? Are there better aftermarket one for less than $3K? I recently got a quote from Westendorf with a price of $4,500 for the loader, bucket, and valve. With that, it will seems like the LA211 would be the way to go, but if there is a cheaper alternative (short of doing a CADDPlan build-it-yourself), I'd like to know!

Dont know if this is any help, but when I bought my BX2200 used, it came with a Rhino loader on it. So I know they make them, just dont know the price and availability of them now. Something to check on.

You can find an LA211 used if you keep looking. There is one on eBay now. I found one 3 years ago after looking for quite a while.
I have an extra valve. If you find one without I will sell mine to you cheap. there is also one on Craigslist in Altoona PA right now.

I think this is the right idea. There are/were several third party loaders made for those tractors and I have to believe several are sitting on lots around the country gathering rust. Beat up on the web and search for loaders regardless of brand. Also since you know Rhino and Woods built them, call their sales people and inquire about model #'s and whether they still make them. I have a B2150 (somewhat older and larger than my BX2200.) I found a Case loader about the right size, new, on a lot. I had an Amish welding shop in eastern PA mate it to my tractor. Result was great. Total cost was less than the $3K + that Kubota wanted AND that was after the new Kubota loader would not fit when delivered to the dealer ! (That forced me into the 3rd party route.) I suspect LA211 will universally fit all BX2200's however if you can find one. My B2150 was complicated by being std trans & the loaders found were made for the HST versions.
