Oil & Fuel BX2200 diesel leak

In mid-July my BX began leaking diesel. My dealer replaced a plastic part under the tank. He said the part had several hoses that went into it. He also said that he had heard that there was a problem with the tanks rubbing metal and causing leaks. This was not the case with my BX. Now my BX is leaking diesel again. Has anyone heard of this problem with the BX's or any of the other Kubota compacts? The only other problem I have had with this tractor is a blown hazard light bulb. I now have 70 hours on it.

I NOW HAVE 90 HOURS ON MY BX2200 AND HAVE HAD THE DEALER REPLACE BOTH FRONT END LOADER LIFT CYLINDERS THAT WERE LEAKING,AND ALSO HAD THE TOP LINK REPLACED BECAUSE IT BENT WHILE IN USE.EARLIER I REPAIRED MYSELF, A COOLANT LEAK , THAT WAS DO TO A LOOSE HOSE CLAMP.

I'm now holding my breath, so far my BX1800 has almost 27 hrs with no problems.... Crossing my fingers now.

Upon delivery, my tank also leaked. Dealer said it was coming through the seams of the tank. Tank was replaced, no more problems (back in Jan.). Get the dealer on it. It looks like your first tank had the same problem as mine, and the second may of ruptured the seam due to vibrations. Let us know what the resolution is, and if known, the cause.
