BX2200 and the Septic Tank

I have a BX2200 and will have either the FEL or MMM mounted at anyone time. I need to mow over the top
of 3 year septic tank or field. Does anyone see a problem with driving over the top of the tank or field for mowing or with a FEL. Do not want to find the BX2200 in the tank

You should be find unless your septic is new and the dirt hasn't settled.

I'm sure not going to tell you to do it (and have you mad at me if you fall in)/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif, but I drive my B2710 over'em all the time.

I have a BX - no problems for me driving over the septic. Only issue I could think of is if it's a sand-mound septic -- might be more prone to damage.

was just talking to a person that does excavating and installs septic tanks and drain fields for a living. I am considering a tractor that could weigh 3000# for mowing over my septic & drain field. He told me no problem unless you get up in the 7000# range.

Ditto all the other responses. I think you'll be just fine with the BX.

I'm concluding the septic tank is concrete and not plastic or fiberglass.
