BX1860 or BX2360?

Looking at both. Want FEL, 54"fine cut mulching blade MMM, grill guard, ballast box. Turfs on 1860, R4's on 2360. Can you run the larger 2360 tires on the 1860? Do I need the extra 5HP? Is 18hp enough for the 54" mower and a power bagger? What % are dealers in NE taking off list? cutting 1/2 acre of grass twice a week. Bucket will eliminate all the wheel barrow loads.

I understand the 1860 has a shorter frame like the old BX1500 so it will probably maneuver better around stuff whereas the 2360 with a longer wheel base will be a smother ride.. though the R4s may negate that anvantage. As far as HP is concerned... for what you are doing it is a waste of $ and fuel to buy more.

If there is a chance you mite ever want a BH then go for the 2360.
