I can't think of any dealer having a 2000 left over so I believe you are quite safe with your new tractor.

I had the dealer perform this fix on my BX and everything works fine. I leave a small amout of grease on the head of my Zert every time I grease it. This keeps the dirt out. I wipe it off before I grease it the next time.

I would also remove the zert and try to pump grease thru and then put it back and try grease again. If no success, I would call the dealer and let them come out to look further into the problem. I would use that warranty. Before you know it, it will be gone! We paid for it in the price of our BX's.
