BX Arrived

My new BX2200 just arrived yesterday PM /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.
Unfortunately, my place is a swamp right now with the huge amounts of rain we've received this winter. I'm sure my neighbors laughed last night as I drove up and down the driveway checking her out.
Before you ask... I've already updated my profile.
And, before you ask... I don't have a digital cam., so no pics... but you know what a BX looks like!
Looking forward to giving her a good work out so I can start giving opinions on TBN instead of soliciting them!

Congrats. I hope your "dealer experience" went well. Where did you end up getting yours? What attachments did you end up with?

I got my BX from Carver Equipment in NC. I took a chance with a lease return. The unit was used only for mowing and appears to be in extremely good condition. It has FEL, 60mmm, bar tires, brush guard, and rear wheel weights. I'm going to get a box blade and tiller locally - probably from M&L so I can get in good graces with them in case I need maint. support down the road.
My experience with Carver went VERY well. I recommend to anyone out there shopping that you give him a shot. Honest, straightforward, and driven to customer satisfaction - just a few words I would use to describe Carver's organization.

Awesome. If I could have found a lease deal on a BX, I would have bought one. Last July, deals were hard to find.
For what it's worth, M&L didn't give me any problem servicing my unit. Actually, they are really good folks to deal with. ( I hate to speak now, since I don't have my unit back yet, but so far it's been ok) My only problem now, is that it's not exibiting the same problem for them that it does for me. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

We'll have a BX 1800 to come in around May 1... with loader and 60 inch deck... from the same lessee.
It will have approx 80 hrs and should be real nice.
First purchase or re-lease options may be reserved.

We have a shopper that wants to use a 60 inch core aerator weighing approx. 500 lbs behind a BX 2200...
It seems a little too much implement to me for the sub-compact.. but you fellows have straighten me out so many times I need to ask...

Have any of you BX owners actually used the BX2200 or BX1800 with the hd coring unit.. rental or otherwise ?
How about traction?
Lifting with the three point?
Travel speed while working and eng. rpms ?
Up-hill climbs?
You info sharing here always helps us give better advice to shoppers.
