Ok Last winter left deck on till snow got up under it and somehow snaped the snap clevis open so drug it home and "finished" the removal. My problem now is that the left side doesn't want to lift the lift arm goes up and down but the upper lift link is threaded about 1/2 way on the lower so there is about an inch of free travel on arm before the peg bottoms out and tries to lift. It looks like I need to lower it to almost bottom to stop the free travel. Anybody care to look at theirs and give a report about how far down theirs is. On page 13 of my manuel g-5625c illustration of of oper manuals for 60b-22bx,54-22bx 54-15bx and 48-15 bx is what i'm looking at.

Thanx for any help or other advice

Ok found my problems was putting both Bro-tek skid plates on as well as gatorblades/with adt on at same time. Would raise and made horrible noise. took blades off original back on still noise (only with deck raised) Finally noticed front skid plate/gear box in contact, bent plate about 1.5 inches up also explains why front scalp wheel always on ground. Now see not to use both at same time (bought year ago) no harm done except beat plate flat for winter use.

Bro-tek DOES make good stuff.
