BX 2230 3pt hitch

Is it possible/practical to keep the 3pt hitch in the up position while using the mid mount mower? I can keep the mower deck up while using the 3pt, can't figure out how to go the other way. The arms tend to dig in when I back up on unlevel ground.

use rope or chain to hoist the 3-point up to the top link.....maybe

It's a common issue to have the 3-point hitch arms interfere with operation when using a mid-mount mower, especially when backing up on uneven terrain. The good news is that there are practical solutions to prevent this.

I had a BX 2350 and the 3 point was setup to pin up. It seems like there were some eyelets for it but it’s been several years ago I traded it so I don’t remember the details.
