BX 2200 jerks when going forward

My BX 2200 HST has started jerking when going forward, if I ease the pedal it will sometime not do this but if I just push it down it jerks and continues to jerk during operation,,I changed the fluid and filter but it did not help, it does not do this in reverse,,any help or suggestion appreciated...

First thing I'd check is hydraulic oil level.

Just for clarity, do you mean the engine sputters or the travel speed is erratic when it's moving? Can you explain a bit more precisely?

engine runs great with no variation in rpms, seems like it is in trans or drive train, we changed the oil and hydrauic filter
