Price Check BX 2200 60" MMM/ FEL

I am thinking about getting a tractor for my daughter's place and a dealer has one for sale that has 900 hours on it that was well taken care of for 8900. Is this a reasonable price?

Seems to be priced about $1500 too high...however that's being said without seeing it.
Bx2200 w/60" deck and 900hrs= $5500
