BX 22 lift cylinders leaking

The FEL on my BX 22 are leaking, and I was thinking of repairing them myself. I don't have the factory service manual, so might someone that has done this project already, give me some guidance? Also, is there a less expensive place to purchase the seals than getting them from the local Kubota dealer? I got a price for the seal kit for one cylinder from Messick's, and it was approximately $40 per side. Are there any special tools involved, other than the pin spanner wrench to take the cylinder cap off? thanks for your assistance.

Or you can buy the kit, take the cylinder off and bring it to a local hydraulic shop. I got one here for $20 that will repack the cylinder if I buy the Kubota rebuild kit while you wait.
