I don't see where there is a problem. The poster hasn't listed where he is living, and for all we know it might be next door to Dan. I believe that the Kubota dealer contract might be a violation of law, however not having read it myself, I can't say for certain. The last time I checked, this is still the United States of America where people are free to purchase what ever they like where ever they like. Neil.... If I wanted to purchase a Kubota from you, would you refuse to sell it to me, because I don't live in your geographical selling area? If am willing to come to your place of business and pick it up, I think not. From what I have heard, it is not allowable for a Kubota dealer to sell outside of his territory and ship the product. If there is more to this, please tell us the total details so we may become properly informed of Kubota restrictions on the dealers.
