buying skid steer type compared to tc40da

Guys, some of you made remember that I bought a TC40DA the end of last year. I'm still mostly pleased with it. During this time of searching buying and using it; (my buddy has been very impressed with it but not enough to break loose with the cash.) Today he calls me and says he is looking at a "cat" 4 cylinder tubo with enclosed cab and has both heat and air. It also is showing only 200 hours looks extremely clean but I don't know the year or model. Price $7000.00. I like a good deal but is this too good to be true, does something smell here?
thanks for the advise and what to look for as I have only operated a "skidsteer" a few times. Owner of equipment is going out of business and selling everything, trucks tractors etc.
