Tractor
B7800
I am getting ready to purchase a B7800 with FEL, snowblower, scraper box and a PTO driven chipper. I went to the local dealer who, although sells Kubota tractors, doesn't seem to keep any on his lot. He did, however, offer me list price on what ever I wanted.

I remembered an earlier post where someone recommended Deen Implement in TX. I contacted them and got an outstanding quote (which I left at work...sorry). They assured me that they ship all other the US, but I am still nervous buying a tractor from so far away. Does anyone have any experience good or bad with Deen or a similar situation?

Also, the Deen people included an insurance estimate if I use Kubota credit. There was an earlier thread where someone said they were able to avoid this by putting it on their homeowners policy. Can you remind me what proof Kubota needed?

Once again I appreciate everyone's help.

Welcome

You need to ask your homeowners policy how it works but mine is covered if I use it at home for regular home uses. If trailering it or using it elsewhere you need additional insurance.

Before you decide on insurance check out the differences in coverage. I decided to go with the Kubota insurance as being all-risk. I also found it to be the most reasonable in price of all other sources I tried.

Sorry, I do not know anything about Deen Implement.
