Buying a new Kubota

I'm new at using the forum and also new to using tractors. I've got approximately 4 acres that I need to keep mowed and was researching what kind/size tractor to buy. I've narrowed it down between a Kubota L3400 or JD 790. Any words of advice?

If mowing is your only or primary concern with 4 acres I think a B-7510 or 7610 would fit the bill. I would also recommend a HST for mowing makes things easier in my opinion. I know I have not addressed your two tractor choices but between those 2 the 790 size is probably better suited for mowing.

Will you be mowing grass or weeds with mixed saplings etc. A mid mount mower (MMM) can be very handy. While I don't have a MMM, I do use a rear mounted mower. Between the JD and the Kubota, I'd personally go for the Kubota.
