Don't know anything about them besides what has been reported on TBN. If you search the Attachments or Kubota Owning sections, you may find some discussions. Here's one I found:

You'll probably spend $2k or more adding a new loader, which may or may not be the most cost effective way to go. Might be better looking for a replacement unit that already has a FEL.
