My hydraulics went out on my Hino e264. The 3PH was holding a box blade, I was lifting it up and the whole thing started to shake and shudder.
Then it just lowered and has stayed there ever since.
I drained all of the fluid out of the transmission and opened up the suction lines.
There was a LOT of debris in the oil and there was no filter screen coming out of the transmission housing into the suction lines, so whatever gunk was in there is now in the hydraulic system.
I poured 5gal. of kerosene into the transmission and ran the engine for 10 minutes. Tried working the hydraulics again and got nothing.
Refilled the system with hydraulic oil and still nothing.
This leads me to believe that the control valve is broken and pump is probably damaged.
My question is; Do I have a hope in Hades of finding replacement parts for this?
Thanks.
