Having problem with bh650 backhoe its hooked on a 2005 new holland tc30 tractor 600 hrs it worked fine when we was using it and it set over night and it did get below frezzing that night it will not opperate at all just in the down position the backhoe is using the tractors pump it is not on a pto and the front loader works fine could there be water in the fluid I did not change it this year it sits out of the weather 90% of the time
